How can I start purchasing at Beacon Hospital Mall?
Shopping at Beacon Hospital Mall is easy and simple. As you browse through the items on Beacon Hospital Mall (www.beaconhospitalmall.com), you can add any item you wish to purchase into your Shopping Cart by clicking on “Add To Cart”. Continue with this process with any other items you wish to purchase. Once you have finished shopping, click on the “Shopping Cart” icon at the top right corner of the page. Confirm your order, then select proceed to checkout.

Upon confirmation, you will be prompted to either login to your existing account or create a new account if you are not registered. Follow the check-out instructions to finalize the order.

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

How can I order or purchase without an account on Beacon Hospital Mall website?

How to modify an item in your shopping cart?
You can modify any item in your Shopping Cart:
# To change the quantity, enter a number in the Quantity box and click ‘Update Cart’.
# To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, click “X” icon to Delete.

How can I add items to Wishlist?
To add an item into your Wishlist, click on the ‘Love’ icon. This will move the item into your Wishlist located at your Account’s Wishlist.

Click ’Add to Cart’ when you are ready to purchase it.

What if I did not receive any confirmation on my online order?
If you did not receive a confirmation on your order within 24 hours, send us an email to support@beaconhospital.zendesk.com or reach us by phone at 03-7787 2828, our Customer Service staff will be happy to check your order. To check your order status, we will need you to provide us with your name and date of purchase.

Is the price stated on the website nett price with no further discount?
The price stated on the website is the nett price. During promotion period, selected items might get further reduction through discount e-coupon.

Can I change or cancel items from my order after order has been processed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, no changes can be made. You must redeem or use the Package that you have purchased within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Failing which, the validity shall lapse and the fees you paid will not be refunded to you.
